ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION AT MOUNTAINFILM 2025
Information regarding accessibility at Mountainfilm’s venues and events can be found on this page. We will continue to make updates to this information. If you would like to make an accessibility request, please fill out this form and we will do our very best to ensure you are accommodated. If you would like ASL interpretation services, please let us know by May 15.

TRANSPORTATION
- Gondola: Free and ADA accessible. Connects the town of Telluride to Mountain Village. The gondola operates Sunday to Thursday from 6:30 a.m. to midnight and Friday and Saturday from 6:30 a.m. to 1 a.m MORE INFORMATION

- Paratransit Services: The Town of Mountain Village offers complementary paratransit services 365 days per year. Hours of operation are 6:30 a.m. to 12 a.m. Friday and Saturday 6:30 a.m. to 2 a.m. (seasonally). To schedule your ride, call (970) 729-3435, 24 hours in advance.

SERVICE ANIMALS
Guide dogs or service animals, as defined under federal ADA Guidelines, are allowed at festival programs. Guide dogs and service animals must remain with the owner at all times. Pets are not allowed at any festival venues and events.
WHEELCHAIR AND COMPANION SEATING
Venues that offer wheelchair and companion seating are outlined in the Theater & Venue sections below. Please arrive at the theater at least 30 minutes in advance of showtime and notify the theater manager. Wheelchair users can utilize one (1) wheelchair and one (1) companion seat per event. We will make exceptions to this on a case-by-case basis pending availability.
